It's the end of the month already! wow, it went by so fast. I am here to bring you my first 'Monthly Favourites'. If you like this then I will continue to post these in the future.

Beauty

I received this set of beauty products as a late christmas present (Thanks Temmy) and I love them. I am a lover of christmas so having my christmas scents in January is a bonus. The products have amazing scents and are moisturising. I am particually impressed with the lip butter. It tastes EXACTLY like hot chocolate and has a glossy look on the lips.

Fashion

The socks are absolutely the cutest. They are little sheep and end just below the knee. The best part about them is the fact they have fleece inside so they are super comfy and warm

Music

This month I have been loving Taylor Swifts new album. i am a total swift but I must say this is her best album yet. There isn't a single song I do not like. I think the album will continue being my favourite for a long time. This month I have also been enjoying the Maccabees. Specifically their song 'Toothpaste Kisses'. The whole album is a cheerful soundtrack and a total recommendation from me.

Media

My favourite movie for this month is 'What we did on our holiday'. This is a feel good comedy about a dysfunctional family traveling up to Scotland to celebrate the granddads birthday. It is so funny and great movie for anyone.
I have also been enjoying the tv show Broadchurch. The second series is currently showing and both seasons have been amazing. It is a drama about a murder in a small town. I won't say to much so I don't spoil the show but I totally recommend it for anyone wanting to start a new series to watch.

 Food

This month I have discovered the nicest ice blocks. These are gluten free AND vegan and just taste so good. My personal favourite is the chocolate flavour, but the vanilla is still pretty good and i'm sure the rest are too. Yum.

Other

My Instax mini polaroid has been a definite favourite for me. I really enjoy the photos and it fascinates me watching the film develop. It is amazing.

Funnily enough, just moments after I posted my 'Back to School Haul' , The rest of my stationary arrived. So here I am again to share what I purchased.

The first thing I bought was this notebook. I actually purchased the wrong one (whoops) because I wanted just a thing notebook to use as refill paper. However, I still do love this notebook. It has 5 sections with a folder at the front of each section which is handy.

 This pencil case is also cute. It is the perfect size for all my equipment and it looks like I can clean it easily if it gets dirty.

Next I have a pack of black gel pens. I enjoy writing with gel pens and the patterns on these are very unique.

These other pens I purchased are just the cutest! The one in the centre of the photo is the one I bought in this haul, The other two I had purchased separately. One ear is a blue pen and the other is a black pen.

I am a big fan of organising and planning so this 2015 planner will do just fine. I am in love with the simplistic pink and gold cover. The inside has a week to a page and at the start of each month sector, It has a space for notes and includes a page with each pay of the month. It is just great.

Finally, this item isn't for me, My mum chose it but I had to include it in my haul. It is a gold pen cup. I think it looks very nice and sophisticated with the colouring and the detailing around the cup.

Hey Guys,
I'm sure most of you have either just gone back to school or are going back to school very soon (I start later this week). I have decided to show you all what I got for my school supplies this year. I actually love stationary shopping so I always start the year with new gear. I did order some of my stationary from Typo, however it has not arrived yet, so I might do a mini typo haul if you like.
 Every year I need to have my exercise books. I have some 1B8 books and Math books (not pictured)
 Next I have my ruler, highlighters and glue stick. These three are just useful to keep in your bag and I will ALWAYS need one.
 I like colouring in (I mean...who doesn't) so I have got a pack of 12 mini colouring pencils for doodling, sketching and ...well... colouring in.
 PENS! I can never have enough pens. I either loose them, give them away or they run out of ink. Mainly the latter. In exams, I go in with millions of pens (exaggeration of course).

So thats my 2015 back to school haul. I do still need to get a new school bag as mine is about to fall to pieces, so hopefully I get one before school starts (which is unlikely but oh well).
I will be back next time with my Typo haul.

Todays blog post is going to be slightly different to what I would usually post, However, I would like to dedicate this to my bestest friend Temanaia. For those of you who don't know, Temmy is moving overseas far far away (well.....only across the sea).
Temmy, I am going to miss you so terribly much. I keep waiting for you to tell us all it's a joke, But I need to face the truth now. You are leaving. I am always going to remember the great times we had together, all the laughs you bought, and the moments I was lucky enough to share with you. You are an amazing, beautiful human being inside and out and I feel privileged to meet you and call you my Best Friend. You have backed me through all my ideas of wanting to start a blog and I suppose in a way you pushed me into writing one and I am thankful for that. I am going to miss telling you there is a big spider in your hair with pinchers when there isn't, and Im going to miss all our chill sessions of us squashed on my bed watching Youtube videos for hours on end, and most of all, I'm going to miss my little sidekick. But it's okay, we will be sidekicks from a distance.
I know this isn't exactly goodbye because I know we will see you again soon face to face whether it is through a computer screen or not.
